Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online platform available to the citizens 24×7 to lodge their grievances to the public authorities on any subject related to service delivery.
As per instruction of ICT Division of ICAR HQ, there should be two Nodal Officer of ICAR Institute related to CPGRAMS namely Nodal Officer (Admn.) and Nodal Officer (Tech.). Accordingly Director, ICAR-National Institute of Natural Fibre Engineering and Technology (NINFET), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, Kolkata has been pleased to nominate following officials as per below mentioned details:-
